Privacy Policy / information on the processing of personal data submitted through the contact form

This Privacy Policy is currently provided in English, as the website is operated in English. A Polish version may be published later. Both language versions are intended to have the same meaning. In the event of any discrepancy, the version presented to the user at the time of data collection shall govern, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of applicable law.

1. Data controller

2. Scope of data


Depending on the content of your message, we may process: your first name and last name, company name, contact person details, phone number, e-mail address, and the content of your inquiry.
Basic technical data related to the use of the website and contact form may also be processed in connection with the operation of the form and anti-spam safeguards.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing


We process personal data for the following purposes:

a) handling inquiries submitted through the contact form and corresponding with users
on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the controller’s legitimate interest in communicating with persons contacting us regarding our services or website;

b) taking steps prior to entering into a contract, including preparing a quotation or responding to a request for an offer
on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;

c) establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims
on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the controller’s legitimate interest;

d) ensuring website security and protecting against spam and abuse
on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the controller’s legitimate interest.

4. Recipients of data


Your data may be disclosed to service providers we use in connection with operating the website and handling communication, in particular:
a) providers of hosting, website and contact form tools, including GoDaddy,
b) IT support providers,
c) e-mail service providers, if used for handling correspondence,
d) Google, in connection with the operation of reCAPTCHA.

5. Transfers outside the EEA


In connection with the use of certain service providers, in particular Google and GoDaddy, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. 6. Retention period


Correspondence is stored for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry and close the matter, and then for 24 months in case it becomes necessary to refer back to prior arrangements or to establish, pursue or defend legal claims.
If a contract is concluded or a dispute arises, the data may be stored for a longer period resulting from applicable law or a legitimate evidentiary need.

You have the right to:

* rectify your data,

* erase your data,

* restrict processing,

* data portability, where applicable,

* object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

8. Voluntary provision of data


Providing data is voluntary, but providing the data marked as required is necessary in order to send and handle your inquiry. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible for us to respond.

9. Automated decision-making


Your data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling.

10. Cookies and reCAPTCHA


The website may use cookies or similar technologies to the extent necessary for its proper functioning, security, and operation of the contact form. The form may use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and abuse. In this connection, Google may process technical data and information about how the website is used in accordance with its own policies.

If non-essential cookies are introduced on the website in the future, such as analytics or marketing cookies, they will be used only after obtaining the appropriate user consent.
